As a part of curriculum, the Department of Economics have organised an Industrial Visit to Sivakasi area on 12.12.2019. Fifty students of the Department of Economics with the faculty members Dr.P.Pattinathar, Dr. M.Arulmaran, Mr.N.Dhinakaran and Dr. G.Ashok Kumar visited Match Indutries namely Jayakodi Match Industries and Thangavel Match Industries located in Thiruthangal, They also visited Roja Traders, a note book manufacturing industry located in Konampatti and cracker making industry namely Aathi Sakthi Fire Works, Sivakasi. The Students gained practical knowledge on their valuable visit.
