No registration fee.
You can perform any five Asanas from the given list
Upload your recorded video (5 minutes, max. file size 20 MB ) in the provided link.
Performance with a Decent Dress Code only considered for evaluation.
The judgement will be made on Quality of your performance.
The results will be notified through your registered e-mail id.
Attractive Cash Prizes for Winners.
E-certificates will be provided to the winners and participants.
