About Our College NCC
In our college, before starting NCC, VIVEKANANDA COLLEGE CADET CORPS was started in 06.12.1978, Under the guidance of our founder SWAMIJI CHIDBHAVANANDA MAHARAJ, which consist of 40 selective students. In 1979 The NATIONAL CADET CORPS was started on 29th August 1979 under the leadership of 2nd Lt. M. PURUSHOTHAMAN with consisting of 93 cadets. From 1981 to 1984. Lt. R .Vanniarajan was the NCC officer. From 1984 to 2011 Major P .Chandrasekar was the NCC officer of our college. From 2012 onwards Lt. V .Rajendran is the NCC officer of our college.
